Manual Sync

Manually sync with HostAway to fetch new or updated bookings. This is usually not needed since webhooks handle real-time updates.

When to use manual sync:

  • • If webhooks are temporarily down
  • • To troubleshoot missing bookings
  • • After webhook configuration changes

Set up HostAway webhooks to receive instant notifications for new bookings and updates.

How it works:

  • • HostAway sends instant notifications when bookings are created or updated
  • • New bookings appear in your dashboard immediately
  • • No more waiting for manual syncs or polling
  • • Webhook URL should be your deployed domain + /api/webhooks/hostaway
